  20. "Many of my documents are ever growing and constantly revised in the 
  21. light of new information gleaned.  By having one (or more) columns 
  22. (which can later be made invisible by making them of zero width) with 
  23. coded references therein, subject matter can be sorted into groups or 
  24. into logical sequence, even when each entry is simply written in 
  25. haphazardly below the one previously entered.  At the touch of a 
  26. button, my often inconsequential jottings turn themselves into fully 
  27. fledged lecture notes!  I believe there was a program published some 
  28. time ago which actually made a great feature of sorting random ideas 
  29. into some sort of pattern, yet this facility is free within PipeDream.  
  30. Further, a SUM or DCOUTNTA of various aspects can be appended which 
  31. updates as new information is included.  None of this is either a 
  32. database or spreadsheet in the true sense, but it is invaluable to me."
